FST3 Requirements:

• FST3 is a collection of C++ source files, depending on external libraries:

  • WWW	Boost http://www.boost.org/

  • WWW	(optionally) LibSVM http://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~cjlin/libsvm/

• FST3 is currently being developed and tested under RedHat Linux (gcc 4.x, Boost 1.44), Cygwin (gcc 4.x, Boost 1.33.1), and Visual C++ 2010 (Boost 1.44). SVM related codes are tested with LibSVM 3.00.
